Aloo pudla is a farali recipe. I love this shallow fry fasting recipe. I tried after seeing TV cooking show. It consists of potatoes, ginger chili paste, chat masala and amchur powder.
Instructions to make Farali chhat:
- Wash sabudana and soak sabudana in enough water for about 3 hours. - Peel and cut potatoes into small pieces and boil. - Check sabudana are soft. - In a bowl mix all the ingredients and serve with farali chevda
- You can serve with ambli( tamarind sauce or green chutney.
I tried after seeing TV cooking show. It consists of potatoes, ginger chili paste, chat masala and amchur powder. So roasties have light sour and spicy taste. Mix well and add oil in it. Then heat a nonstick pan over the slow flame.
