- Prepare 2 rashers smoked back bacon, cut finely,
- Take 2 discs black pudding, chopped finely,
- Take Spray cooking oil
Place bacon-wrapped chicken pieces on cookie sheets, bacon end down. Add the bacon drippings and butter to a small saucepan and heat until butter has melted. Add in the salt and pepper, combine and remove from heat. Place the cooked wings and cooked bacon strips in a large Tupperware.
