- Take 1 cup rice
- Prepare 2 cups water
- Get to taste salt
- Take 1 Tbsp peanut butter

- Wash your rice thoroughly

- Bring to boil on high heat and reduce the heat to low and simmer.
- Make sure your rice is overcooked and when it has very little water left add the peanut butter and mix in thoroughly with a wooden spoon
- When thoroughly blended, cover pot and leave on lowest heat for about 10minutes to allow the peanut butter to cook.
- Mix in again before serving and enjoy

Gluten free soft rice noodles tossed in a peanut butter sauce, made with soy sauce, spicy sauce (like sriracha), garlic, sesame oil (optionahoney (or use maple syrup to make it vegan), water and of course peanut butter (crunchy or creamy, whatever you like). Beat peanut butter and butter together in the bowl of an electric stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment on medium speed until smooth. Add confectioners' sugar and beat until smooth.
