  1. Prepare 2 corns
  2. Take 1 tbsp butter
  3. Take 1 tbsp soy sauce

Turn up the heat to high, and toss the beef, vegetables, butter, and soy together, allowing the sauce to reduce. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve immediately over rice. The broth was really nice - a good shoyu - but then the butter melts and the corn is good and it's like a trip to the movie theater. I mean this butter tastes really buttery and goes perfect with the corn. NOTES: The fresh corn is cooked perfectly with the rice and is still quite crisp after it cooks.
