- So after mixing thoroughly with your hand without any lumps or particles i.e it must be smooth. Grease your palm and then put the dough on a clean surface to start kneading in and out and sprinkle little flour on the surface to avoid sticking.Knead for like 10 mins
- Then grease the bowl and put the dough back in the greased bowl then cover it for 1 and half hour.
- When you open it this is how it look like i.e it must have been doubled in size
- Take it out from the bowl and knead for like 3 minutes then shape the dough and put it inside your greased pan
- Cover and leave it for 30mins this is how it look like after 30mins
- Then bake for 20mins at medium heat…bring it out and allow it to cool before cutting. Enjoy your white bread!!!
